Donation & Sponsorship Requests

Founded in 1922, our philosophy continues to guide our decision making and strengthens our dedication to our customers and our community.

First Federal’s community giving program includes donations through Customer Ballots, Community Rewards, Sponsorships, Internships, and Scholarship programs. In fact over 40% of the funds donated to local non-profit organizations are driven by our customers’ votes and volunteer efforts to the organizations they serve.

First Federal places a high priority on providing support to community-based organizations that improve the quality of life where our customers and employees live, work and raise their families. We want to make a positive difference in the communities in which First Federal does business.

We support organizations focused on:

  • Youth Services
  • Education & Financial Literacy
  • Family & Health
  • Community Development
  • Community Arts

Other organizations or activities may also receive financial support. Their selection as recipients will be made on a case-by-case basis. Requests from current customer organizations are given a priority. First Federal makes contributions to organizations with tax-exempt status under Section 501(c)(3) of the U.S. Internal Revenue Code or other qualified not-for-profit organizations that help enrich the lives of members of the community.

First Federal does not make donations to: political parties, candidates, causes or campaigns; organizations practicing unlawful or discriminatory practices; individuals or for-profit entities, organizations or entities; organizations or activities outside the regional markets we serve.

Submit your request on the Donation & Sponsorship Request Form, along with supporting documentation or event flyer, to the manager at the First Federal Branch in your community, mail to Community Impact Coordinator, PO Box 239, McMinnville, Oregon 97128, or email to Community Impact Coordinator. Donations and sponsorship requests are reviewed monthly and organizations will be notified of donation decisions.
