This community-based philosophy continues to drive the services and programs First Federal provides today, including listening closely to the desires of our customers through the Customer Ballot Program.

About Customer Ballot

The Customer Ballot Program is now closed. 

First Federal’s Community Giving programs support dozens of local groups in the Yamhill County area. Of the more than $2 million First Federal has donated through charitable giving in the past 20 years, $800,000 has been given through the Customer Ballot program to specific groups chosen by you!

The First Federal Customer Ballot program runs January-February each year and customers help us determine how to donate.  This year, 88 Yamhill County nonprofits are on the ballot and will share $40,000 based on our customers' votes. Ballots will be mailed to customer households approximately January 20th, with a deadline of February 28th to return completed ballots.
